About Tony Serafino: Tony is Property Alchemist’s owner and principal developer.  He is responsible for the overall health and growth of all aspects of the business.  Tony focuses much of his time on selecting and securing our re-development opportunities as well as crafting vision for the end state of our transformed properties.  Re-development and remodeling is without a doubt his personal calling, which drives him to constantly look for and think about how to transform undervalued properties into something special.  Tony is strongly committed to Washington DC and its neighborhoods, having lived (and personally remodeled in) everywhere from Adams Morgan to Capitol Hill to Spring Valley to Georgetown.  He occasionally retreats from the city to relax at his country house on the Potomac River in Shepherdstown WV, which of course he is also remodeling.
